Opportunities to Serve in Adult Ministries

Teach or participate in one of our great Adult Sunday School Classes on Sunday mornings, 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM and throughout the week. Curriculum ideas are provided and training is available.

Teach/Facilitate Sunday School Class 
Lead an adult weekly Bible study (long or short term, daytime or evenings); curriculum and training provided. Contact: 251-626-1334.

Substitute Teach/Facilitate Sunday School Class 
Be available to substitute teach a Sunday morning adult class. This would be on an as needed basis only. Contact: 251-626-1334.

ChristCare Small Group Leader 
Receive 40 hours initial training to become a ChristCare Small Group Leader.  The groups meet weekly to study the Bible, pray together, care for one another, and periodically do missional service.  Including the training, there is a two year commitment and, in addition, you will meet once a month with a support group for ChristCare leaders.  Contact: Dawn Wilson at 251-625-0605, Pat Shubird at 251-625-2032, or Bill Price at 251-626-1334.

ChristCare Small Group Participant 
Participate in one of the ChristCare Small Groups available on Sunday evening and throughout the week.  The groups meet weekly to study the Bible, pray together, care for one another, and periodically do mission service.  Contact: Dawn Wilson at 251-625-0605, Pat Shubird at 251-625-2032, or Bill Price at 251-626-1334.

United Methodist Women 
Join other women of the church for fellowship, spiritual growth, and service to others.  Contact:  251-626-1334.

United Methodist Men
United Methodist Men meet the second Saturday morning of the month for breakfast, fellowship, and service projects. All men who have a servant's heart, a willingness to work with other like minded men, and a love for a relationship with Jesus Christ are welcome.  Contact:  Mark McVay at 251-621-1803.
