Chip has been Senior Pastor at SFUMC since 1988 after having served several other churches in Alabama. He obtained his Master of Divinity degree from Emory University Chandler School of Theology and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Samford University. He is married to Averette and they have 3 children. Chip's professional activities include Baypines District Committee on Ordained Ministry. His community activities include participation on Westminster Village Foundation Board. He is a regular contributor to the Mobile Press Register and communicates daily with the congregation through an e-mail based daily devotional.

Debora Bishop
Associate Pastor

Debora joined SFUMC in 2006 after serving Trinity UMC, Gray Court UMC, and the Triune Mercy Center in the South Carolina Conference. She earned her Master of Divinity from Erskine Theological Seminary in 2005. In addition, she has a Master of Arts degree in Business from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Social Science from Troy University. Debora is married to Tom and has one son. She presently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Alabama West Florida Conference and is a member of the Leadership Baldwin County Class of 2008. Her community activities include Spanish Fort Middle School Executive Patron (2007- 2010). Be sure to join Debora for her weekly Communion Service on Sunday evenings at 6:00p.m. in the Sanctuary for Communion and a brief message.

Dana Brady
Congregational Care Pastor

Dana joined the staff of SFUMC in 2007 after serving at the University of South Alabama Wesley Foundation. She has a Master of Divinity from Candler School of Theology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Birmingham-Southern College. She is married to Jake, Pastor at Marlow UMC. Dana currenly participates in the Gibbs Society for Clergy Leadership.

Dave Harle
Discipleship Pastor

Dave joined SFUMC in 1999. He has a long history of serving the Lord; but most recently served at Dauphin Way UMC in Mobile, AL and First UMC in Waco, Texas, as well as churches in Mississippi and Kentucky. Dave has a Master or Arts degree in Christian Education from Scarritt College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Education, and an A.S. Degree in Architectural Drafting. He is married to Stephanie and has 3 children.

Paul Olson
Director of Youth Ministries

Paul joined SFUMC staff in 2006 after serving at St. Mark UMC, Asland Place UMC, and Satsuma UMC. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of South Alabama in May, 2000. He is married to Carrie, who also assists with the Youth ministry. Paul presently serves on the Boards of Camp Alpha Ministries, Revive Ministries, and Meltdown Retreat. He is a member of the Alabama West Florida Conference Camping Committee and Dash Student Leadership.

Eliese McAllister
Director of Children's Ministries

Eliese joined SFUMC staff in January, 2007 after serving at Christ UMC and Jubilee Shores UMC. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Alabama in December, 1982. Eliese is married and has 2 children. She is presently serving on the Board of Trustees at Blue Lake Camp, on the Conference Program Committee, Resource Advisor for Group Publishing, and Workshop leader for One Way Street.
